The electric three-way fluorine-lined ball valve produced by GEROYAL consists of an electric actuator and an O-type fluorine-lined ball valve. It is a rotary-type shut-off and regulating valve, featuring tight closure, compact structure, lightweight design, and easy maintenance. Both the valve body cavity and the ball core are lined with corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) material using high-pressure injection molding, ensuring reliable corrosion resistance and sealing performance. The electric three-way fluorine-lined ball valve is primarily used for regulating or cutting off highly corrosive media such as acids and alkalis in production processes. The double-seat sealed electric three-way fluorine-lined ball valve enables switching of the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline. It can also connect or shut off two mutually perpendicular channels. The four-seat sealed three-way ball valve boasts an aesthetically pleasing design and a compact, rational structure. The electric three-way fluorine-lined ball valve not only allows for switching the flow direction of the medium but also enables the interconnection of three channels. Additionally, it can shut off any one channel while connecting the other two, providing flexible control over the convergence or diversion of the medium in the pipeline. The regulating electric three-way fluorine-lined ball valve is equipped with an electric actuator that has a built-in servo system, eliminating the need for an external servo amplifier. It can be controlled by inputting a 4-20mA signal and 220VAC/380V power supply.
